FAQ and Answers!!
You've Got Questions... Here Are Some Answers
What happens during a session?
Each session is a conversation where we explore what you’re currently navigating in your life. I listen for emotional patterns, relational dynamics, and the deeper stories shaping your experiences.
Depending on the session, I may also use intuitive reflection, written notes, or tarot to help track themes and insights that emerge as we talk. Every session unfolds a little differently because it’s shaped by what you bring into the space that day.
Do I need to prepare anything before a session?
No preparation is required.
Some people arrive with a specific question or situation they want to explore. Others simply know that something in their life feels stuck, heavy, or ready for deeper understanding. Wherever you are when you arrive is perfectly okay.

Is this therapy?
No. The work offered through NRGT Shift is coaching and intuitive guidance.
However, my background as a trauma therapist informs the way I understand emotional patterns, nervous system responses, and relational dynamics. That training helps me create a space that is thoughtful, grounded, and trauma-informed.
This work is focused on insight, self-understanding, and personal growth rather than clinical mental health treatment.

Do you use tarot cards in sessions?
More often than not, yes.
Tarot can be a helpful tool for reflecting patterns, symbolism, and themes that may be present in your current season of life. When I use tarot in a session, it is part of the conversation and exploration rather than a rigid or scripted reading.

Do you connect with loved ones who have passed away?
Occasionally this can happen during sessions.
While the primary focus of my work is helping people understand their inner world and emotional patterns, there are times when intuitive impressions related to loved ones who have passed may come forward naturally during a reading. When that occurs, it is approached with care and respect.

How do I know which session to book?
If you’re unsure where to start, many people begin with either a Clarity Call or an Energy Reading.
Clarity Calls are helpful when you have a specific situation or decision you want to explore.
Energy Readings focus more on intuitive insight and emotional or energetic patterns.
If you’re looking for a deeper exploration of your inner world, the Inner World Deep Dive provides the most space to do that work.

How are sessions held?
All sessions are currently held virtually.
Once you schedule your session, you will receive the link and instructions needed to join.

Can I book multiple sessions?
Yes.
Some people schedule sessions occasionally when something specific comes up. Others choose to continue working together over time.
For those planning multiple sessions, a bundle of six Inner World Deep Dive sessions is available with a 15% discount applied at checkout.

What if I’m not very intuitive or spiritual?
That’s completely okay.
You don’t need to consider yourself intuitive or spiritually inclined to benefit from this work. Many people come simply because they want to understand their emotions, patterns, or life experiences more clearly.
My role is to help bring language and perspective to what may already be unfolding within your inner world, whether you think of that through psychology, intuition, or simply human curiosity.

What if I get emotional during a session?
Emotions are a natural part of this kind of work.
Many people come to these sessions carrying experiences that have not had much space to be felt or spoken about. If emotions arise, we simply slow down and make room for them in a way that feels manageable and supportive.
You will never be pushed to share more than you’re ready to explore.

What if I don’t know what to talk about when the session starts?
This happens more often than you might think.
Some people arrive with a very clear question, while others simply have a sense that something in their life is asking for attention. If you’re unsure where to begin, we will start there together.
Often the most meaningful insights emerge from conversations that begin with, “I’m not exactly sure why I booked this, but…”

Can neurodivergent people benefit from this work?
Yes. Many of the people who find their way to this work are neurodivergent.
Individuals who are autistic, ADHD, highly sensitive, or deep emotional processors often experience the world with a heightened awareness of patterns, emotions, and relational dynamics. At the same time, that depth of perception can sometimes make it difficult to organize or make sense of everything they are feeling internally.
This work provides space to slow down and explore those experiences with curiosity and respect for how your mind and nervous system naturally function.
You don’t need to mask, perform, or explain yourself perfectly here. The goal is simply to help you better understand your own patterns, inner signals, and emotional landscape in a way that feels supportive and empowering.
